In today’s world, engineering is enabling us to do incredible tasks at a pace faster than we have ever seen. As we provide full turnkey solutions as well as conventional projects to across Africa . I am proud to introduce Baldmin’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report, which shows in so many ways how our focus on combining human and engineering services is helping people and our planet. As an example, over the last 3 years, our Baldmin Scholarship program has helped more than 10 students at 6 learning institutions in 4 countries to get education.
In 2016 /17 , we also made solid progress on our Corporate Social Responsibility especially in Shabani Mine. We are involved in Shabani Mine Athletics championship where we are sponsoring the whole activity 2 years in a role and also handing out Shabani mine football kits.
None of this would be possible without the dedication of our amazing people, who make all of this happen. We’ve challenged and empowered all of our employees to “connect everything, innovate everywhere, and benefit everyone,” and we are investing in the tools, skills, and resources to support them in that effort. CSR Governance & Ethics – Social Activities program
